In June of 2023 we embarked on a full renovation at Laguna 28, barely one year after our purchase. During the first year we replaced all the appliances and most of furniture. Now it was time for the bigger renovation, from retiling the entire interior and exterior with 600 x 600 ivory white tiles, as well as a brand new modern kitchen to add to the peaceful holiday feeling. It took just over two weeks to complete, and at times we had more that 15 people working hard to meet the deadlines before the next guests would arrive. We also installed a smart air-conditioner into the lounge/ kitchen area. We are happy with the outcome, and welcome you, our valued guest to enjoy these newly added features and amendments.
